Worst colouring I've ever had

I've had my hair coloured for many years & this was the worst colouring I've ever had on my hair. Ruined the condition of my hair & totally dried it out ,so I'm unable to do a thing with it Whilat it was on my hair it was stinging my scalp which I've never experienced before.
I do not recommend this product to anyone. Stick to the well known brands & don't be fooled into being told this is a completely natural product. Also charged a lot of money to have my hair ruined. No wonder they kept on about conditioners. I always use a conditioner anyway. They gave me a free sachet of conditioner; not surprising.
